A list of top ten lists.
Not quite in the tradition of David Letterman, I now offer unto you lists of my top ten personages of merit and renown in sundry fields of human achievement, the which have earned my admiration and respect. Having rôle models is, of course, an infantile and immature preoccupation, and this lot are certainly no rôle models; but I have been moved to exclaim, for each of them, "What a legend!" In commemoration of that legendhood, here follow my little lists...
